During this Metal Horse Month,
The Rat may be articulate but unheard,
The wise Ox defends only those who need defence,
The Tiger can please herself but probably shouldn’t,
The Rabbit feels the healthy pain of growth,
The Dragon is unruly,
The Snake is best tacking to the prevailing wind,
The Horse may make unforced errors,
The Sheep is appreciated,
The prouder Monkey is uncomfortable,
The Rooster may be baffled,
The Dog avoids self-indulgence,
while
The Pig can trust in a growing reputation.

Metal Horse

A 7 Month                     is both Fire & Metal and therefore quite volatile.
The Horse month         is a time of immediacy.
Most helpful location: North West – where foundations may be built.
Least helpful location: East.
Favoured Animals:       Tiger, Dog, Sheep.
Especially challenged: Rat, Ox, Dragon, Monkey
The Hexagram (above): Kou Heaven over Wind. Encountering. Qi turns.

For action this Month:
Daily He Tu Journeys, now may be the
time to gain deeper agency over change.
The He Tu journeys are often the way.
Black stone in a glass jar of Water at
SE, tai chi & NW is a traditional way to
boost business. Change Water daily.
All four Pillars of your ba zi – Hour, Day &
Month as well as Year – Animals respond to
changing month qi in their different ways.
Solstice (just after midnight on the
morning of the 22nd) crowns a frantic
period as the Fire Qi peaks, burns out
and turns to yin Earth. Breathe; pace
yourself. Calmer yin Fire follows.

Here comes the cavalry: the Metal Horse Month, 2019
The Horse, is by nature, spontaneous, even hasty. There is no fuss with the Horse, no standing on ceremony. This month’s Horse however is tempered with Metal. This is Joan of Arc, the righter of wrongs. Events at this stage, the height of the year qi, define it; righting wrongs is the banner headline. Just as Snakes Basher al-Assad & Xi Jinping met with unexpected opposition last month, so – for different reasons – expect Horses like David Cameron to get in their own way now. And indeed Dogs like Donald Trump.
Message to Horses: don’t. Also Dogs & Tigers who don’t use the empowerment of yang Fire responsibly. For “responsibly” read intelligently.

During this Metal Horse Month
Horse: clumsy. The Horse suffers the so-called self-punishment, meaning Horses don’t much like Horses. Including Horse months. You may feel, encroached, blocked and delayed. Patience; avoid the unforced error.
Sheep: serves, this time a leader or organisation who may appreciate you and definitely will make good use of your talents. Horse is the best friend who’s just out of your league.
Monkey: Horse is a bit much for Monkey. Disclosure may be inevitable, probably won’t be comfortable. Keep your ego under control.
Rooster: head down. Baffling for you, Horse is competitive in a way that makes no sense. Withdraw from competition. The Fire/Metal opposition can make for cashflow.
Dog: full steam ahead. Horse Fire brings the recognition and vision you need. But play within your limits, no self-indulgence.
Pig: still not comfortable in your own skin. But easier. Relaxing into the flow gets you there quicker. Trust that your reputation is growing.
Rat: Month Breaker, diametrically opposed. What you say may be hard to articulate but it’s pretty valuable. Technically you’re clashed. But persist!
Ox: Technically a Harm. Stay alert and aloof or you’ll be involved in second-hand squabbles. Only defend those who need defence.
Tiger: Horse & Tiger (with Dog) make Fire. Pole position. You can pretty much do what you like. Not that.
Rabbit: draining. In a good way. Your yin Wood is creative but the Horse’s yang Fire takes it out of you. Be bigger than exhaustion.
Dragon: a law unto yourself. Summer Fire pushes you. Attitudes may harden and attention may stultify but all the big doors are open
Snake: Year Breaker – all year. Draw upon your innate respect for truth. What is true? You do know. Look within. Tack to the prevailing wind.

Note: this is simplistic. No astrological analysis can do you full justice and always having choice, you are as a wise man once said to me, the camera not the crisis. Nothing I nor anyone else can advise frees you from the need to make decisions.

The best way to wring value from these brief prognostications, remains to identify Month, Day & Hour as well as your Year Animal. Your ba zi is a unique cocktail of these and it’s as unlikely that all four are compromised at any given time as it is that they are all blessed. If in doubt seek an expert.

Where to be in June.
Summary: safe and celebratory.
North West, Authority: Year Star: 9 tai sui Month Star: 8.
There is a fundamental difference between locating in a particular place and orienting towards a particular direction. This year to be oriented NW is not so great but to locate there is extremely helpful. Because of the 8 Star, this month the North West location is the place to prosper and celebrate. There’s a slight risk of infection for older men and those with excessive Metal in their ba zis: such as Snakes, Roosters, Monkeys, Oxen. Anchor
Encourage: Fire, bright light 24/7. Additional moon-charged crystals.

Where not to be in June.
Summary: avoid, especially if you’re planning a revolution..
AnchorEast, Ambition: Year Star: 6 Month Star: 5.
Hardship for the Eldest Son, also Fathers and figures of authority. Time out. Build up the Wood here for protection and encouragement – plants, plants, plants. Think long term. If rebellion’s your thing, take a break.
Mitigate: t’ang lung. But mostly plenty of plants, flowers, vegetation..
